Marked size: Moncler brand size 2.  Converts to USA M but this one runs small and fits best like a USA 4/6.  4 for a relaxed fit and 6 for a closer fit. Previous owner wears USA 4. 

Chest: garment chest is 38” and is designed to be worn by about 34” chest person for ease of movement 

Hip: garment hip is 41” and is designed to be worn by about 37-38” hip person for ease of movement
